The Landing

A 3 Digit Phone Number and Lobster dinner for only a dollar

Before Kingston was a bedroom community it was something of a tourist Mecca. The Landing -- now reverted to private home -- was one of several facilities catering to city folks looking for a country get-a-way.  The date on this item is unknown but based on the prices and the three digit phone number (Kingston 130) we estimate it dates back to the first few decades after the turn of the century.

Circa 1910 - 1925 (?)
