Haas Remains Unyielding Regarding SecretaryWhile the matter of Lisa McNeill’s return to her secretarial position on the ZBA is being negotiated, Zoning Board Chairman John Haas continues to raise eyebrows with his position of arrogance. During a period of time when he should be backing off from his previous blunders that have placed his board and the Town at risk, his errant thought process remains troubling.
