(November 2, 2002) An ongoing drought and increased water taking by Brockton have reduced water levels to their lowest point in decades. In some cases the shore has receded by 1,000 feet or more. The panorama playing above was shot behind the Evenswood elderly housing complex on Lake Street in Kingston. Normally the spot where the photographer was standing would be under 20 feet of water.
